Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Proposed products should be new 2021g., not used.
All products must be accompanied by passports and certificates of compliance. The package must include a passport with validation, with entry to the ARSHIN Information Centre.
Proposals are required in the form of a TKP with a technical description and passport samples.

Instrument accompanying documentation:
- passport (form);
- instruction manual;
- Primary Certificate;
- Certificates of compliance with Customs Technical Regulations;
- Certificate of approval of the type of measurement tool;
- SI verification technique.

This procedure of requesting offers is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer of choice supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
