Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear partners! The volumes presented at the tender are guaranteed and are distributed at a fixed rate from 01.01.2024 to 12/31/2024. Volumes will be fixed for Bidders who have submitted the best bids. The amount of distribution depends on the number of vehicles that are ready to deliver on a daily basis. According to the shipment schedule for 2024 (attached to the tender):
1. Please fill in the prices according to the Requirements Specification, the number of cars for guaranteed flights per day.
2. At the end of the procedure, upload a commercial offer with your signature and seal within a day. The commercial offer must completely coincide with the offer submitted on B2B.
3. The fare is indicated for 1km, as the route may change due to flashes.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the Contract System in the Field of Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services to Ensure Public and municipal needs". Applicants who have submitted an offer late and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizing company, and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria, may be excluded from the Competitive bidding Process procedure.
