The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Participants who do not attach the KP are not accepted for consideration.
We accept for consideration commercial proposals drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, with a signature and seal.
KP upload to the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with print and contacts of the artist. 2. Excel or Word.
2. Required terms of payment: 100% postpayment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials.
3. A prerequisite for all tenderers is agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of an agreement, in particular, these are payment terms and penalties.
To NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of an agreement.
