Payment terms:payment is made by the buyer to the supplier in Russian rubles within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice at the rate on the date of payment. The supplier will have the right to invoice the buyer after signing the consignment note.
Delivery terms:The supplier confirms the availability of logistic facilities allowing to deliver the equipment to the company's branches by region: Moscow, Ural, Volga, Siberia, north-west on conditions of DDP. The order volume can start from one unit of equipment to the region.
To accompany each shipment with the release of TN and SF with indication of the consignee-specified in the application.
