Repair and maintenance services for the following types of equipment:
- Logistics equipment (TSD and accessories to them, thermal transfer printers (stationary, mobile)
- Multimedia equipment (equipment for VCS, consoles, projectors, televisions)
- Workplace equipment (PC, monitor, laptop and its peripherals, telephones, etc.)
- Office equipment (various printers and MFPs, laminators, scanners, etc.)
- Network and server equipment – only Technical (preventive) maintenance
- Trading equipment (cash registers and peripherals, scales, price checking devices, detectors / counters of banknotes and coins)Collapse
Comments: The subject of this request is to expand the pool of companies to provide Repair and maintenance services for IT equipment at all facilities of the Leroy Merlin network in Russia and Kazakhstan in the following areas:
- Logistics equipment (TSD and accessories to them, thermal transfer printers (stationary, mobile)
- Multimedia equipment (equipment for VCS, consoles, projectors, televisions)
- Workplace equipment (PC, monitor, laptop and peripherals to it, phones, etc.)
- Office equipment (various printers and MFPs, laminators, scanners, etc.)
- Network equipment – (Access points, Switches, NAS, Firewall)
- Trading equipment (cash registers and peripherals, scales, price checking devices, detectors / counters of banknotes and coins)
Types of services:
- Diagnostics of IT equipment
- Technical (preventive) maintenance
- Inter-service time interval
- Repair
- Partial disassembly of the device
- Complete disassembly of the device
