Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Required conditions for the tank:
Terms of payment - deferment 60 kd., fixation in rubles
Attach to the application for participation of KP, completed specification, without prices!
Delivery to the final object is included in the cost of KP
Readiness to deliver on a letter of guarantee.

No E-signature is required.

The purchasing participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the application.
Only one legal entity may participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
