Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Attach a file with the cost of equipment under the GPL.

The ability to unilaterally increase the amount of equipment with TP by 30% of the amount agreed by the parties in the Specification.

Willingness to carry out delivery under a letter of guarantee.

Consent to include the "Terms of Reference" file in the contract.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
