The organizer has the right to hold the 2nd stage (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Applicants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be allowed to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
Criteria for evaluation and selection of the proposal:
1. The presence of its own metal depot in Moscow or the Moscow region. Applicants without their own/rented metal depot in Moscow or the Moscow region are not allowed to participate in the procedure;
