The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of unsatisfactory results at the first stage. The applicants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted to the rebidding. ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЮ ПОСТАВКИ ТОВАРНЫХ БЕТОННЫХ И РАСТВОРНЫХ СМЕСЕЙ НА ОБЪЕКТЫ СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА.:
Поставщик в обязательном порядке обязан:
- до начала поставки предоставить исчерпывающую информацию о качестве используемых материалов и номинальному составу смесей; результаты предварительных испытаний смесей данного номинального состава и бетона по всем указанным в договоре на поставку показателям. Данную информацию представить в картах подбора состава смесей.
- в картах подбора состава смесей отражать данные предварительных испытаний с учётом применяемых комплексов добавок: для поставки от +5 и выше; для поставки +5 и ниже (испытания с противоморозной добавкой). Предоставить сертификаты и документы о качестве на применяемые добавки и анализ/обоснование их применения в составе смесей.
- в случае изменения рецептуры (цемент, песок, щебень, добавки, водоцементное соотношение и т.п.) по используемым компонентам, результатов испытаний измененной рецептуры, незамедлительно уведомить Заказчика и предоставить откорректированные документы, до начала очередной поставки смесей.
- обеспечить и гарантировать качество поставленных смесей по результатам испытаний, должно обеспечивать соблюдение заявленных характеристик не менее 100% (либо более) через 28 суток, при хранении образцов «кубиков» в нормальных условиях, а также не менее 70% (либо более) через 7 суток для обеспечения монтажной прочности.
- гарантировать обеспеченность основных характеристик смесей не менее требуемых значений (полный перечень требований - см. файл Инструкция к договору_Поставка товарных смесей)
