Comments:
this procedure the request for proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

An open request for proposals closed form filing (quotes are hidden) the customer has the right to conduct phase 2 (peretorzhka) in case of unsatisfactory results in the first stage. Not more than 30% of the participants offering the best prices will be allowed to participate in rebidding.

The customer also has the right to refuse to perform price query at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants.

The winner will be recognized by the proposal of the applicant proposing to address the tender Committee, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.

From contractors to fill qualification form for LLC "STM-Centre" to provide all the necessary documents.

Bid evaluation criteria:
1. The value proposition.
2. Terms of execution of works.
3. The company's reputation. Operational background.
4. The conformity of the subject procurement requirements of LLC "STM-Center" in quality.
5. Acceptance of the contract form LLC "STM-Centre".
