Payment terms:Post-payment for each batch of goods. Deferred payment will be a competitive advantage. Delivery to the object and VAT is included in the price of the goods.

Comments:
Participants have the opportunity to submit 2 applications: for prepayment and post-payment. The delivery contract is concluded between the supplier and LLC "MIS Construction Company". This procedure for requesting proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in bidding, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the Customer any civil obligations with respect to the Participants of the purchase or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses. The Customer is not obliged to conclude any transactions based on the results of the request for proposals procedure, has the right to refuse all received proposals (applications) for any reason or terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time without notifying the Procurement Participants and does not bear any responsibility to the Participants or third parties to whom such actions may cause losses. The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse the Participants of the purchase or other third parties for any costs or any losses associated with participation in the request for proposals procedure. The procurement participant, by participating in the request for proposals procedure, confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to these terms.

The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of unsatisfactory results at the first stage. Applicants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted to the rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
Criteria for evaluating and selecting an offer:

4. The company's reputation;
5. Work experience.
If the documents uploaded to the site are signed by an EDS, then it is NOT required to additionally certify them with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization. If the EDS is not used, then it is necessary to upload scanned documents with a seal and signature.
