The organizer has the right to carry out stage 2 (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Applicants who submitted the most advantageous offers will be admitted to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
