The supply agreement is concluded between the supplier and the subcontractor LLC "Construction Company MIS". This RFP procedure does not constitute an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of offer or an invitation to participate in the bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
