Applicants for the right to supply and plant plants (landscaping) to St. Petersburg for landscaping for the needs of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC are being considered
Comments: Participants are required to fill in and upload:
1. An application for participation in the tender indicating the ID number of the questionnaire (the form is available in the procurement documentation).
2. Qualification questionnaire with appendices in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download from the website https://glavstroy-spb.ru/tenders ),
3. An up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members (the validity period of the SRO is 30 days).
To obtain the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you need to download the questionnaire through the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC.
Instructions for filling out the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders .
2. Prepare the appendices to the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. By clicking the button "Send the completed questionnaire with applications", open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files).
4. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents:
1. They must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. Signed by the head and stamped by the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The contractor must confirm his readiness to conclude a contract in accordance with the form approved by Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC.
The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
