The customer has the right to request product samples for testing by the laboratory.
The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 – prequalification selection, stage 2 - request for proposals.
Bidders are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC and submit documents in accordance with the attachments to be checked by the Security Service.
This Preliminary Qualification Selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer. The customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders. The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
