Participants are required to complete a qualification form on the form of Glavstroy-SPB Specialized Developer LLC and provide all necessary documents. Only participants who have qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2 phases of the procurement procedure.

This pre-qualification is not a bid or a public competition in the understanding of Article 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer. The Customer also has the right to opt out of the procedure at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants.
