Applicants for the right to supply workwear to St. Petersburg for the needs of a subcontractor organization that performs work for Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC are being considered. The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 – prequalification, stage 2 - requests for proposals.
Participants are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of Glavstroy-SPb LLC, provide all necessary documents. The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature. Only those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This Prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer. The Customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
