The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 - prequalification, stage 2 - request for proposals.
Participants are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer", provide all the necessary documents. Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature. Only those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection according to this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
