the supply contract is concluded between the supplier and the subcontractor on the AGC (subcontractors working on the site "Glavstroy-SPB" in Yaroslavl).
To pass accreditation it is necessary to fill in the enclosed forms.
Two-Step procedure: Stage 1-pre-qualification, Stage 2-Request for proposals.
The participants are required to fill in a qualifying form in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPB", to provide all necessary documents. Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. Only those participants who have undergone a preliminary qualifying selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the two stages of the procurement procedure.
This preliminary qualifying selection is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer bears no obligations to the suppliers who have participated in the request, including the obligations to conclude Any contracts with persons company their proposals.
This preliminary qualifying selection is not a bargaining or a public contest in the understanding of art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. The customer is also entitled to refuse the procedure at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants. The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the proposals of the participants and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
