The contract of delivery is concluded between the supplier and LLC "Construction company MIS" - object "LCD Stolichniy", Balashikha, microdistrict. Savvino).
Participants are required to fill in the qualification form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb - Specialized Developer" and provide a list of documents in accordance with the attachments, to verify their Security.
The procedure is two-stage: 1 stage - prequalification, 2 stage - request for proposals.
Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. Only those participants who have been pre-qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement procedure.
This Pre-Qualification does not constitute a notice of tendering and does not constitute a public offer, and the Organizer shall not bear any obligation to the suppliers who participated in the in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who submitted their proposals.$
This pre-qualification selection is not a bidding or public competition within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. The Customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants and summing up the results of the pre-qualification selection.
