Participants are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of LLC Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer and provide documents in accordance with the investments for verification by the Security Service.

This prequalification is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants and the summing up of the preliminary qualification selection.
