Comments: The customer has the right to request product samples. The supply contract is concluded between the supplier and the subcontractor for construction and installation works (subcontractors working at Glavstroy-SPb specialized builder facilities).

The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 - prequalification, stage 2 - request for proposals.

This prequalification is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. The customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to extend and / or change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals and summarize the results of the prequalification.
