Comments: The customer has the right to request product samples. The supply contract is concluded between the supplier and the subcontractor at the SMR (subcontractors working at the facilities of Glavstroy-SPb specialized Developer).

The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 – prequalification, stage 2 - request for proposals.
Participants are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, provide all necessary documents. The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature. Only those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection according to this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.

This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer. The Customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
