Supply contract is concluded between the supplier and subcontractor on REINFORCED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION (subcontractors working on objects "Glavstroy-Spb").

A two-stage procedure: 1 stage 2 pre-qualification stage-requests for proposals.
From Parties to fill out the qualification form for LLC "Glavstroy-Spb", provide all the necessary documents. Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. To attend phase 2 procurement procedures will be invited only those participants who passed the pre-qualification for this procedure.
This pre-qualification is not a notification of tenders and is not a public offer, the organizer shall not be under any obligations to suppliers participating in the query, including commitments to conclude any contracts with persons accounted for their proposals.
This pre-qualification is not an auction or a public contest in understanding art. 447-449, 1057-1061 CC of the RF. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. The customer also has the right to abandon the procedure at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants. The organizer reserves the right to extend and/or modify the date of consideration of the proposals of the participants and debrief pre-qualification.
