Composition of the commercial proposal for participation in the tender:
• Commercial offer on the customer's form;
• Certificate of a major transaction;
All documents must be submitted strictly on the established forms and filled in full. Applications submitted in violation of this requirement will not be accepted for consideration at the TC meeting.
The form of the commercial offer and working drawings are issued to the finalists after completion of the qualifying selection.
Conduction of the tender is not a bargaining (contest, auction) in the sense of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The selection of applicants may be conducted for informational and marketing purposes and does not entail the obligation of LLC "Glavstroy-SPB" to conclude a contract (agreements) with the winner and reimburse the expenses of the applicant.
The invitation to participate in the tender, any exchange of documents, as well as any correspondence on the subject of the tender is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, acceptance of an offer, the conclusion of a preliminary contract or contract in accordance with paragraph 2 of art. 434 of the Russian Civil Code and any other applicable legislation.
