Payment terms:100% post-payment upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Price including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in this case, indicate the delivery method).
Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The delivered item must be new, not refurbished. The product must be labeled. When the goods are shipped, a mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
In the commercial proposal, it is MANDATORY TO PRESCRIBE THE FULL / DETAILED NAMES OF POSITIONS AND ATTACH THE RELEVANT PHOTOS.

1) It is necessary to attach a Commercial Proposal (KP) in electronic form. Quotations without an attached commercial proposal will be considered last.
2) When placing a commercial proposal, the following information must be indicated:
- Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery (with indication of taxation);
- Terms of payment;
- Delivery time;
- Type of packaging / container;
- Conformity certificates;
- Manufacturer links;
- The attitude of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
- A guarantee.
3) Products must be new, not used;
4) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality;
5) Before shipment, you must fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
6) Participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of the buyer's contract.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
KP CONTAINING NOT FULL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
