Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment upon receipt of the goods to the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the delivery of original invoices, invoices, copies of shipping notes with by the recipient's mark.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire at the time of opening the envelopes at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
3. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
4. The volume of products supplied may increase one way or the other.

Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
