Required conditions:
- The bidder guarantees that the first shipment is ready in 30 days as part of the confirmed volume forecast.
- Delivery to ATP is not more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery ahead of the time specified in the order is not a violation.
- An information label on each IBC container showing the vendor's name, shipment direction, order number, product name, manufacturer, and date of manufacture, volume, gross, mass-net, composition.
- Ready to accept and process requests from the Customer for TMC deliveries on a weekly basis.
- The ability to buffer the required TMC volumes in your warehouse to meet your needs.
- Price fixation period: till 31.12.2020.
The Buyer may, if necessary (change in volume requirements), unilaterally (according to Article 450GC of the Russian Federation), the amount of Equipment, by 30% (both upwards and in downside) from the parties agreeing to a specification or order, notifying Supplier 14 calendar days prior to the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days prior to the forthcoming delivery. At the same time, the price and deferred payment terms remain unchanged according to the specification.

Shipment is carried out in refurbished (sanitary) 1000L IBC containers. IBC containers are non-refundable.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
