Approximate number of 1493 barrels. The barrel is sold at the price effective at the time of shipment to LADA Izhevsk LLC
The price per barrel in 2021 is 315 rubles. excl. VAT.

Loading and removal is carried out by the forces and means of the buyer. The Buyer has the right to contact the Supplier for the organization of loading works. When loading by the Supplier, the Buyer additionally pays for the work of the loader and the driver. Payment within 10 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed.

The volume is indicative. The buyer makes no claims or penalties for the quantity of products being undersupplied, or delivered in excess of the specification.

Conclusion of a model contract in the edition of LADA Izhevsk LLC.

The decision on the choice of supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee/Subcommittee of JSC "AVTOVAZ" and reported in accordance with ETP regulations.
- The Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
