In order to exclude the collection of proposals during non-working hours, with the automatic extension of tenders until 16-00 Moscow time, the organizer has the right to extend the time until 11-00 Moscow time the next day.

Purchase and export in barrels of used 200 liters from under the solvent.

Loading and removal is carried out by the buyer's forces and means. The Buyer has the right to contact the Supplier for the organization of loading operations. When loading by the Supplier, the Buyer additionally pays for the work of the loader and the driver. Payment within 10 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed.

The volume is approximate. The buyer does not make claims and penalties for undelivered, or delivered in excess of the specification volume of products.

Availability of a license for the type of activity.

The decision to choose a supplier based on the results of a request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC and reported in accordance with the ETP regulations.
- The Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right to choose any or none of the bidders as the buyer.
