Payment terms:- 50% стоимости поставленного товара оплачивается Покупателем денежными средствами в срок от 45 до 60 календарных дней от даты получения Товара на складе Покупателем;
- оставшиеся 50% стоимости поставленного товара по усмотрению покупателя оплачиваются денежными средствами или простыми векселями.
Окончательный расчет денежными средствами производится Покупателем в срок от 90 (девяносто) до 120 (ста двадцати) дней от даты получения Товара на складе Покупателем.
Оплата простыми векселями ОАО «Волжская ТГК» производится в срок от 90 (девяносто) до 180 (ста восьмидесяти) календарных дней с даты составления векселя. Период выдачи векселя – в течение десяти календарных дней от даты получения Товара на складе Покупателем.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки продукции – март 2010г.
Доставка продукции осуществляется автотранспортом Поставщика. Место поставки: Филиал ОАО «Волжская ТГК» «ТЭЦ ВАЗа» 445811, г. Тольятти, ул. Вокзальная 100.
