Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. 100% payment after shipment to the buyer within 20 banking days.
2. 100% payment after receipt in stock of TD Polimtheall, within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
1. Pricing is based on conditions (pickup from the supplier's warehouse). The cost of the product does not cover transportation costs. The product price includes packaging and, if necessary, crate.
2. Specify the product ready for shipment and shipping address.
3. Specify product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If dealer, representative or distributor, attach proof of status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.)
5. The product must be new, not used. The products must comply with the attached technical specification;
6. Specify warranty periods for the Product. It should be calculated from the time the TMC went into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each item and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. At the time of shipment, a packing list must be attached to each shipment according to the form specified by the Buyer. You must send a photo of each cargo before shipping.
9. When making an application for the procedure, fill in the additional offer fields (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in KP".
Optional (optional):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods under conditions (Buyer's warehouse/Magadan Port), the offer must be made as an alternative KP to the announced procedure. Shipping charges must be specified in the KP in a separate line.
Winner determination criteria:
1. Compliance of the proposed products with technical specifications, Customer's approval.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Magadane.
3. Commodity ready for shipment.
4. Participant's attitude to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide the full package of documents specified in the terms and conditions for the procedure.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF.
