Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The buyer is obliged to pay the Supplier in cash equal to 100% (one hundred) of the value of the consignment within a period not later than fifteen (15) working days upon shipment after submission of shipping documents.
Delivery terms:1. Prices indicate EXW conditions (Pickup warehouse provider). The cost of the product cost is not to lay. The cost of the product to provide the packaging and, if necessary, cargo crate.
2. The duration of the product ready for shipment and the shipment address.
3. Specify product manufacturer. Specify relation to products. If the dealer, agent or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach proof of producers of goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Supplied products shall be new, not previously used. Products must comply with the attached specifications;
6. Specify the warranty period for the Goods. It should be calculated from the date of entry into operation of inventories.
7. Specify the size of each item and total for Lot (mass, volume).
8. When shipped, for each package to be attached wrapping sheet in the form prescribed by Buyer. Before sending you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming applications for participation in the procedure to fill in additional fields offer (5 pcs.). Fields must be filled informative, without comment - "in the manual."

Extras (not a requirement):

If possible, the delivery of goods on DDP conditions (The storage / Magadan port) bid necessary to issue as an alternative to manual procedure declaration. Delivery expenses shall be specified in the KP separately.



The criteria for determining the winner:

1. Compliance with the proposed terms of reference product conditions, approval of the Customer.
2. Lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the buyer's warehouse in the city of Magadan.
3. Term of readiness for dispatch.
4. The ratio of the participant to the product (the manufacturer, the dealer, the seller free).
5. Providing a full set of documents of the conditions for the procedure.
6. Full coverage of the nomenclature

Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
