Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within the period not later than 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods, on the basis of the via e-mail scancopies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, acceptance and transfer of equipment, carrier's acceptance note for carriage).
Delivery terms:
1. Prices are indicated on EXW terms (pick-up from the supplier's warehouse). Transport costs are not charged in the cost of products. In the price of products include packaging and if necessary grating of the cargo.
2. Specify the product readiness period for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the manufacturer of products. Specify the relation to the product. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. The products must comply with the applied technical specification;
6. Specify warranty terms on the Product. It must be calculated from the moment of commissioning of the TMC.
7. Specify the dimensions of each item and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. Upon shipment, a packing sheet shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled informatively, without comment - "in KP".

If you can deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer's Warehouse/Magadan Port). Delivery costs must be specified in the KP by a separate line.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. Compliance of the proposed products to the conditions of the technical specification, approval of the Customer.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadane.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
