Payment terms:100% payment upon delivery to the warehouse of the buyer and receiving TCI within 30 days, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Comments:
This procedure for requesting price is not trading, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure for requesting price also is not a public auction and is not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting price does not impose on the customer commitments to conclude a treaty with the winner price request. If necessary, the customer intends to exercise the right to conduct "Peretorzhki".
