1. The agreement is concluded as amended
PPPO LLC.
2. A prerequisite is that the Buyer has a license to procure, store, process and sell ferrous scrap.
3. The scope of delivery of metal waste is approximate. PPPO LLC reserves the right to adjust the specification of the concluded agreement in the direction of decreasing or increasing volumes unilaterally, and the Buyer, in turn, does not present claims and penalties.

- The decision to select a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee of PPPO LLC.
