The organizer of the auction reserves the right not to consider proposals with conditions that do not comply with the terms of the procurement procedure.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
