Preliminary discussion of the concept is possible.
The CP shall contain information on the filling of the sets depending on the breakdown specified in the Tor. Separately should be allocated the cost of packaging, gift-souvenir and filling (sweets). The price in KP is indicated with VAT and without VAT
1. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract for delivery under the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
