Comments: LLC "AGMK" asks to inform about the possibility of carrying out work on the development of a design project for the improvement of territories.
In order to accept your organization's proposal for consideration, it is necessary to provide before 10/18/2021 (inclusive):
1. Commercial offer in the form of Appendix 2.
2. Calculation of the cost of work (in the form of Appendix 3) to this request.
3. The completed Questionnaire of the counterparty in Word format in the form of Appendix 4 to this request.
4. A reference list for similar works, letters of thanks, reviews (if available).
5. The list of personnel for approval of admission to the facility.
We also ask you to send a package of constituent documents (in accordance with the list – Appendix 5 to this request) and consent to data processing (in the form of Appendix 6).
Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, quality, timing and cost of work, payment terms, work experience. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure for requesting a proposal does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
LLC "AGMK" also informs that since April 02, 2019, a Reduction procedure (bidding for price reduction) has been introduced into the commercial activities of Polymetal when choosing a contractor for the provision of services and the performance of construction and installation works.
The reduction is carried out on the B2B-centr electronic platform, in exceptional cases in person. The company cannot be recognized as the winner of the tender in case of refusal to participate in the Reduction. Only participants registered on the B2B-centr ETP are allowed to participate in the procedure.
The reduction procedure provides only for lowering the declared value. The remaining conditions specified in the commercial offer remain unchanged.
The company participating in the Reduction undertakes to make at least one bidding step from the initial price. A Reduction participant who has not made a single step down cannot be recognized as the Winner of the Reduction.
The admission of bidders to the Reduction is made by the Reduction Commission on the part of Polymetal on the basis of an analysis of the commercial offer submitted within the framework of the tender, subject to mandatory compliance with the terms of reference. To make a decision, the technical, organizational, and commercial parameters of the proposal from the bidder (tender) are considered.
