Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

1. Presence of experience, reference (portfolio) of permissive documents, the possibility of making a project - turnkey work.

2. All prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.

4. If the supplier participates in the trades, it means that it agrees in case it is announced by the winner that it has concluded a delivery agreement according to the standard form of JSC "ZTZ" without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.

5. The supplier assumes the provision of a positive solution for the approval of stalls by city, regional authorities, traffic police, according to the resolution of the Government of Moscow dated 25.12.13 No. 902-PP "On placing information structures in the city of Moscow."
