Auto-extension

Срок действия коммерческого предложения:Не менее 10 календарных дней с момента окончания подачи заявок по данной закупке.
Реестр недобросовестных поставщиков:В случае если Участник подавший заявку на участие в запросе предложений был признан победителем и отказывается подписать Договор, указанный в составе документации к запросу предложений, Участник будет признан недобросовестным. Участник запроса предложений будет внесен в перечень недобросовестных юридических и физических лиц и в случае подачи заявки по другим запросам предложений заявка Участника будет отклонена или не будет рассматриваться.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Соответственно, публикация запроса и размещение любой документации не обязывает Организатора заключить какой-либо договор с любым Участником, и не накладывает на Организатора никаких гражданско-правовых обязательств.
