Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Conditions:
1. Fill out the questionnaire attached to the bid documentation.
2. The presence of designers on staff to create visualizations of equipment (programs: 3D Max, Sketch-up, Revit, Photoshop, Corel Draw).
3. Availability of designers for the study of technical components of products (Autocad).
4. Detailed requirements are described in the terms of reference (attached to the bid documentation).

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
3. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
4. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
5. Compliance of the Bidder of the Selection with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons performing works that are the subject of Selection. Bidders must have all the necessary permits to perform work according to the subject of Selection.
6. The Bidder has experience in performing the required work.
7. The Bidder's team must include qualified specialists with at least 2 years of work experience, including:
- At least 1 (one) supervisor;
- At least 2 (two) designers/designers.
