Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in a tender for the provision of services for the development of technical re-equipment documentation, industrial safety declarations and expert examination of the industrial safety declaration of a permanent base warehouse of explosives Albazino Resources.

Place of service:
Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko District, in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´ ´).

Terms of service:
1. Date of commencement of work: from the moment of conclusion of the contract or sending a guarantee letter;
2. Completion date: 07/31/2020.
Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.

The composition of the services:
Development services:
1. Documentation for technical re-equipment on increasing the storage volume of SINV Start to 4000 pcs. and LH up to 130 thousand p.m. taking into account the decisions of the act of technical solution. - Appendix 7 to the ToR.
2. Industrial safety declarations
3. Expertise of industrial safety of documentation for technical re-equipment and safety declarations of a permanent base warehouse of explosive materials of Albazino Resources LLC

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The Contractor is required to have a license to conduct industrial safety expertise and certification, and is also required:
- organize an examination of industrial safety in the manner established by federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety;
- to provide industrial safety expertise by experts in the field of industrial safety;
- to ensure the availability of equipment, instruments, materials and information support necessary for conducting an expert examination of industrial safety.
2. The presence of sufficient experience in the performance of identical work, the presence of positive feedback on the performance of identical work from the Customer;
3. The contractor must ensure the quality of work in accordance with regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.

Requirements for the Contractor for HSE and other and others:
Set out in paragraphs 16, 17 of the Terms of Reference.

- commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- proposal card (Appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 to the letter) and the reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of PSRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 4 to the letter).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
