2. Purpose of the request for proposals:
2.1. Holding a mass festive event dedicated to the Day of Metallurgist in 2021 at the VBO "Don" on July 24.

3. Agency tasks and scope of work
3.1. Development of the concept and scenario of a festive event lasting 12 hours, the number of participants - 500 people.
3.2. Script writing of an event with timing.
3.3. setting the scene on the beach.
3.4. Provision of sound and light equipment.
3.5. Providing festive, thematic decoration (banners, photo zones, etc.)
3.6. Organization of a compulsory program: holding a volleyball tournament, a backgammon tournament, a table tennis tournament, a kettlebell lifting tournament, "Mom, Dad, I am a sports family" competition, a festival of children's creativity of the company's employees, rewarding the best employees.
3.7. Organization of animation points and entertainment programs throughout the day.
3.8. Organization of an evening disco with a cover group known in RO for at least 1 hour and then a DJ for at least 2 hours.
3.9. Preparation of prizes, gifts, souvenirs for the participants of the holiday.
3.10. Organization of meals. 30 people (leaders and invited guests) banquet service (lunch, dinner). 470 people meals in the "picnic" format (only some elements are possible).
3.11. Making an announcement layout for a newspaper.
3.12. Photo and video filming, with the provision of a finished video about the event up to 3 minutes and the first 20 photos by July 26.
3.13. Providing a professional videographer with their own equipment of the 1st category, experience from 2 to 5 years.
3.14. Providing a leader (1-2), work experience over 5 years.
3.15. Providing playground administrators
3.16. Providing a manager - a project coordinator, who controls the project at all stages of its implementation.

4. Requirements for the seller:
4.1. A participant in the procurement procedure must comply with the requirements imposed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons supplying goods, performing work, rendering services that are the subject of the procurement.
4.2. There should be no information about the participant in the procurement procedures in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers, which are maintained in accordance with the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs", Federal Law of 07/18/2013 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities."
4.3. Availability of all established statutory documents and their provision upon request.

5. Payment terms: 50% advance payment, 50% payment on the day of the event.

6. Requirements for a commercial proposal and its design:
6.1. The commercial proposal must be drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the signature and seal of the head, must contain the date and number in accordance with the rules of document circulation adopted by the Participant.
6.2. The commercial offer must contain the details of the organization (TIN, KPP, legal / actual address, contacts (phone number of the Contractor, e-mail address).
6.3. The cost of the offer is indicated without VAT (including VAT).
6.4. The proposal should contain a short description of the company and a description of the experience of similar projects. Description of the concept / scenario of activities. Calculation of the cost of the project (estimate).

The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
