Payment terms:1. Цены по каждому лоту должны быть указаны в РУБЛЯХ, и ВКЛЮЧАТЬ ВСЕ ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ РАСХОДЫ, уплату всех необходимых пошлин, налогов и других обязательных платежей в случае их необходимости, без учета НДС 18%.
2. Если организация освобождена от уплаты НДС, или ставка НДС отличается от 18%, необходимо это обязательно указать.
3. Сроки и способ оплаты: безналичная форма расчетов. Отсрочка платежа - 30 (тридцать) календарных дня с даты подписания актов выполненных работ.



4. Основанием для оплаты работ по счёту Подрядчику является подписанный обеими Сторонами Акт сдачи - приёма выполненных работ, подтверждающий надлежащее выполнение соответствующих услуг.
5. Оплата осуществляется за фактически выполненные объемы работ, подтвержденные двухсторонним Актом сдачи - приёмки выполненных работ.
Delivery terms:1. Начало оказания услуг производится с момента подписания договора-подряда.
2. Срок проведения не должен превышать 45-ти календарных дней.
3. Гарантировать надлежащее качество произведенных работ сроком на 24 месяцев.
4. Работы должны быть проведены в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.
