Development and implementation of corporate values

purpose
Increasing the efficiency of the company by strengthening the corporate culture through the introduction of a system of values.

Tasks
1. Formalization of value expectations of shareholders.
2. Conducting a cycle of strategic sessions with key leaders of the central office to develop a unified strategy, mission, goals and values of the company.
3. Development of behavioral norms of company employees based on the value system *.
4. Drawing up a program for the implementation of mission and values.
5. Formulation of proposals for the implementation of value management.
6. Creation of corporate and management competencies based on values.

Project audience
The stage of developing values: shareholders, top managers (15-20 people), heads of enterprises in all areas of the company (40 people).
Implementation stage: top managers, enterprise managers, middle managers, ordinary production employees.

Directions of the company:
• agriculture (crop and livestock production),
• sugar factories,
• elevators,
• factories for the production of dairy products.

Total number of employees
14,000 people.

Implementation period
6 months.

* Additionally:
Under the "development of behavioral norms of employees" it is assumed:
• interaction of employees with each other,
• interaction of employees with managers,
• communication with colleagues in the presence of counterparties,
• rules for communicating with contractors,
• attitude towards competitors,
• analysis of business situations and rules of conduct in these situations.
