Payment terms:Payment of work performed is made upon completion within 10 banking days from the moment of signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works. In case of unjustified refusal by the contractor from performing the agreed works or in case of breach of deadlines for more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days, which is recognized by the parties substantial violations of this agreement, Customer shall have the right to unilaterally repudiate this Treaty and, in this regard, to pay a fine in the amount of 10% of the price of the contract, and the contractor within 5 bank days from the date of receipt of the claim, the refusal must fully pay the fine (in case the contracting authority in the request for payment of penalty claims).
Delivery terms:all work on designing, manufacturing and installing of inscriptions from self-adhesive film on facades of buildings of JSC "Smaz" (building No. 63 and part of the building fire station building # 58 according to enclosure No. 1, no. 2) must be performed:-start-within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;-completion of work-until July 31, 2017 onwards. Allowed early implementation of works.
