Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay 70% (seventy percent) of the amount of the Contract for the Development and Supply of Drying Equipment (DZN) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the Agreement and receipt of an account from the Supplier by transferring funds to the Vendor's settlement account.
The final calculation under the Agreement shall be made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of commissioning of the Equipment (Appendix No. 3), provided that the Supplier receives complete set of original documents signed by Parties confirming the delivery and commissioning of the Equipment by transferring money to the Supplier's checking account.
