Payment terms:
cashless payment is made by transfer to the account of the winner of open request of proposals electronically. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and winner of an open request for proposals in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
Payment is carried out as follows:
1) Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the price of the contract, the customer shall transfer within 10 (ten) working days after the signing of the Treaty and subject to the availability of provision to ensure the fulfillment of an obligation, based on the account of the winner of the open request for proposals electronic form.

447—449 части первой Гражданского кодекса
Российской Федерации. Процедура запроса
предложений также не является публичным конкурсом
и не регулируется статьями 1057—1061 части второй
Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким
образом, данная процедура не накладывает на
Общества, соответствующих гражданско-правовых
обязательств по обязательному заключению договора
с победителем запроса предложений или иным его
участником.
В соответствии с пунктом 10 статьи 18 Положения
о закупках АО «ВПК «НПО машиностроения» Общество
вправе отказаться от проведения запроса
предложений на любом этапе его проведения.
