Необходимо направить следующие документы:
- Анкета контрагента в формате Word
- Скан подписанной руководителем карты КП
- Заполненные приложения к ТЗ. В Приложении 1 необходимо заполнить столбцы «Цена за единицу», порядок расчетов прочих расходов, предельная сумма прочих расходов. Приложения в формате Word и Excel.
- копию свидетельства СРО с допуском к видам работ, указанных в п.16 технического задания.
Формы анкеты, Карты КП, Приложений подгружены.
